Wilson Oil - Red Wing, MN $20-$25 per hour Part-Time | Approximately 15-25 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours when additional coverage is required Wilson Oil, part of Dehn Energy, is looking for a dependable and hands-on part-time employee to help with the general upkeep and day-to-day support of our Red Wing facility. The primary focus of this position will be keeping our property, fuel islands, pumps, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well maintained. This person will also assist with minor maintenance, groundskeeping, seasonal work, and miscellaneous facility projects. In addition, this employee will be trained to operate our store register and point-of-sale system so they can provide dependable store coverage when our primary employee is on vacation, taking time off, or otherwise unavailable. During the summer and fall, there may also be opportunities to assist with marine fueling operations. Responsibilities Perform general upkeep and routine maintenance around the property Inspect fuel islands and pump areas and keep them clean and presentable Replace fuel dispenser filters as needed Replace receipt paper and other pump supplies as needed Wipe down pumps, dispensers, and surrounding equipment Identify minor maintenance issues and either correct them or report them Keep parking lots, entrances, sidewalks, and exterior areas in good condition Assist with minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, and other facility projects Organize tools, supplies, storage areas, and maintenance materials Assist with seasonal property needs Perform light cleaning and general housekeeping as needed Assist with errands, supply pickups, and other operational tasks Learn and operate the store register and point-of-sale system Provide store coverage during vacations, appointments, and employee absences Assist customers and handle basic store transactions Assist with marine fueling operations as trained and needed Schedule This position is expected to average approximately 15-25 hours per week , generally spread across three weekdays. Additional hours will be available when covering for other employee's vacations, absences, seasonal work, marine fueling operations, or other business needs. During periods when additional store coverage is required, hours may increase to up to 40 hours per week . Some schedule flexibility is important, especially when additional coverage is needed. We are willing to train the right person. Pay $20-$25 per hour , depending on experience.
