Job Description

We're putting the finishing touches on our new retail dispensary and getting ready for a high-energy launch. We're looking for enthusiastic Budtenders who can deliver great service, product knowledge, and a welcoming vibe from day one. If this sounds like you, we can't wait to welcome you to the team!
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of local and state cannabis sales regulations and age-verification procedures. Ability to provide product education and assist customers with product selections. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with a wide variety of people. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for operational, staffing, or customer-related challenges. Effective verbal and written communication skills to provide instructions, document incidents, and coordinate with management. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic technology tools (e.g., tablets, mobile payment systems). Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations while maintaining high presentation standards. Demonstrates integrity, dependability, accountability, and courtesy in all job duties and interactions.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Degree or GED Certificate. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience working in cannabis retail, hospitality, or other customer service-related positions. Interest in or familiarity with cannabis products. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all background screening and eligibility requirements applicable to cannabis workers under Minnesota law and Office of Cannabis Management requirements.
