is hiring a Retail Sales Associate- Part Time in Saint Louis Park, MN.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Customer Service Create a warm, welcoming first impression by greeting every guest who enters the Travel Store. Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend products, services, and solutions that enhance their life or journeys. Proactively suggest add-on merchandise to help achieve store sales goals. Capture professional-quality passport photos and ensure all images meet required processing standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom by replenishing merchandise and supporting store presentation standards. Share the value of AAA Membership and promote the AAA Visa Card as part of a seamless customer experience. Cash Management Efficiently process purchases, memberships, and payments with accuracy and care. Support customers with exchanges, refunds, and returns while maintaining AAAs high service standards. Safeguard store assets by maintaining an accurate cash drawer and completing end-of-day balancing procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one-year retail sales and/or customer service work experience requiredPrevious cash handling experience requiredIntermediate skills operating Microsoft products, especially Outlook, and proficiency at navigating point of service software to process regular transactions.Exceptional customer service skills required
