DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Greets guests and members to identify their needs and directs them to the appropriate resources Responds to customer inquiries over the phone and in person regarding AAA Minneapolis offerings Distributes materials to members such as road maps and membership information Informs appropriate department leaders of issues requiring follow up or immediate assistance Utilizes judgement to seek out assistance as needed Transaction Processing Handles sales of passport photos, international driving permits and foreign currency Sells and reinstates memberships Promotes and sells the AAA Visa Card Cash management Processes and collects appropriate payment for memberships, foreign currency and international driving permits Handles travel store sales as necessary Maintains daily cash drawer and balances at end of shiftQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year customer service work experience Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of work Exceptional customer service orientation Computer skills required: proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, internet navigation and web-based technologies Must be comfortable working individually as well as with othersCOMPETENCIES
