The opportunity:

This is a ground floor sales role with a clear path to full time and significant commission upside. You will run residential estimates, build customer relationships, follow up on open quotes, and close jobs. We have the crew, the equipment, and the brand. We need someone who can sell.

Compensation progression:

Commission is paid on net margin of every job you close — uncapped. A strong performer closing 8-10 jobs per week at our average job value earns $70,000-90,000+ annually at full time.

What you will do:

Run on-site residential and commercial estimates Build trust with homeowners and educate them on tree care Follow up on every open quote — our pipeline is active and needs attention Work within our established pricing system — flat rate, no negotiating Coordinate with our office team on scheduling and pipeline management Represent Eggert's professionally on every estimate What we are looking for: Knowledge of trees and tree care — ISA certification preferred but not required for the right candidate Sales experience in a service business — preferred Self directed — you manage your own schedule and pipeline Strong communicator — homeowners need to trust you immediately Character first — integrity matters more than credentials here Valid driver's license, clean record What we offer: Part time starting, building into full time as you produce Clear compensation progression tied to performance Flexible schedule Company phone and vehicle at full time A real path — this role grows as the business grows Want to see who we are before you apply?
