Freshwater Landscaping builds high-end patios, walls, and landscapes around Lake Minnetonka, and we're adding crew members for the rest of this season and into next year. If you've got hardscape experience, we'll pay for it right away. Guys who can set a base, run a laser, and keep a wall plumb start at the top of our range, with a path to running their own crew. If you don't have experience yet but you show up and you listen, we'll teach you. We've done it before and we'd rather build someone good than fight with someone who won't take direction. Why guys stay here Year-round paychecks. Install and maintenance April through November, snow and winter tree work December through March. No winter layoff. Performance and end-of-season bonus. Good equipment. Late-model trucks, skid steer, mini excavator, plate compactors, laser levels. All tools provided. Work you're proud of. Paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, drainage, full landscape installs. Jobs you'll point out when you drive past. Real training and a path up. What you'll be doing Hardscape installs: patios, walkways, steps, seat walls, retaining walls, base prep and compaction, edge restraint, poly sand Landscape installs: plantings, trees, edging, mulch, rock, sod and seed Grading, drainage, and general site work Loading and unloading material, keeping the jobsite clean and safe Truck, trailer, and tool care at the end of the day

Winter:

plowing, shoveling, salting, and winter tree work What we need from you You show up, on time, every day. That's the whole thing. You listen, take direction, and ask when you don't know Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to our Wayzata shop for a 7:30 AM start Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in Minnesota weather 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Moves you to the top of the pile Hardscape or construction experience, skid steer or mini excavator time, trailer towing, snow plowing, ICPI or NCMA certification, bilingual English/Spanish, Class A or B CDL. How hiring works here We bring guys out for a couple of paid tryout days before anyone commits. You see the work and the crew, we see how you operate, and then we both decide.
