2988257223-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Gaming Floor Sales Clerk to deliver friendly, efficient service on our casino floor. In this guest-facing role, you'll process sales and redemptions, handle cash and POS transactions, promote gaming and resort offers, and assist with loyalty/rewards programs. You'll maintain accurate records, follow gaming and cash-handling regulations, and help guests with questions about games, promotions, and amenities. Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient service to guests on the gaming floor Process sales, redemptions, and transactions using POS systems Handle cash accurately following established procedures Promote gaming offers, resort amenities, and current promotions Assist guests with loyalty and rewards program questions and enrollments Answer questions about games, promotions, and property amenities Maintain accurate transaction records and required documentation Comply with gaming, tribal, and cash-handling regulations and policies Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support floor operations Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe gaming environment Required Skills Cash handling Point-of-sale (POS) operation Customer service Upselling and cross-selling Basic math and accuracy Gaming floor procedures Compliance with gaming regulations Recordkeeping and reporting Handling player rewards/loyalty cards Conflict de-escalation
