Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Greeter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, setting a positive tone for their experience. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the dealership. Duties Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, genuine smile, creating an inviting environment from the moment they arrive Direct guests to the appropriate departments or staff members efficiently and courteously Manage guest flow by assisting with parking arrangements and guiding visitors within the dealership Maintain a clean and organized greeting area to reflect our commitment to hospitality and guest services Support the team with basic administrative tasks, such as logging visitor information and assisting with guest inquiries Collaborate with service teams to enhance overall guest relations and ensure a seamless experience Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess, greeter, or in customer service within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role Ability to remain energetic, approachable, and professional throughout your shift Previous experience in food service, serving, or guest relations is a plus Join us to be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit memorable!
