ID Shift:

3 PM TO 10:30 pm 7 day availability/ 8 hour shifts normally

As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This position requires a passion for the cannabis industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash transactions and credit card payments. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory counts. Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to supervise staff when necessary and contribute to a positive team environment. Must be able to obtain an Agent ID (75-dollar fee) Must be able to obtain fingerprints (42-dollar fee) Must have reliable transportation Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements in the cannabis industry.
