Job Description:

As a Roofing Sales Consultant at Brandon J Roofing, you will be a key contributor to our continued growth and success. This is a W-2 employee position offering long-term stability, benefits, and support. We are seeking driven, motivated individuals who are passionate about helping homeowners and businesses navigate the insurance claims process while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing damage and determine insurance claim eligibility. Guide clients through the insurance claims process. Provide detailed estimates for roofing repairs or replacements based on insurance coverage and client requirements. Utilize sales techniques to sell additional roofing services or products as appropriate. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to effectively advise clients and optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales is preferred but not a requirement. Must be comfortable climbing roofs and conducting physical assessments of properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
