What You'll Do:

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heartbeat of our academy, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warm Welcomes:

Greet students, clients, and visitors with a friendly smile and positive attitude.

Smooth Operations:

Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, retail sales and help guests navigate services available.

Student Support:

Assist students with inquiries and offer general support to enhance their experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our educators and staff to maintain a seamless and supportive environment.

Daily Organization:

Keep the retail/reception area organized and ensure all materials and supplies are readily available.

Sales:

Ability to assist guests with retail purchases and encourage service sales.

People Person:

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for interacting with people.

Organized and Efficient:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and Polished:

As the first impression of our company, a professional and/or trendy appearance is required that includes hair and makeup.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new systems.
