Summary As a Pawn Broker/Sales Associate, you will be integral to our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service while managing transactions and inventory. Your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and basic math will ensure accurate processing of sales and purchases. With premium skills in POS systems and merchandising, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Additionally, your strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele will be essential in building lasting relationships and driving sales in our dynamic pawn shop environment. Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for sales and returns. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, demonstrating strong sales skills. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in retail sales and cash handling Proficiency in basic math and retail math Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems Bilingual abilities are a plus
