Key Responsibilities Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to patients throughout their dispensary experience. Assist patients with product selection by providing accurate information and addressing questions regarding available products. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of cannabis products, industry developments, and applicable regulations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system. Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures for patient verification, sales, and regulatory compliance. Assist with inventory management, product organization, and general dispensary operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Collaborate with management and team members to support daily operations and achieve store objectives. Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and applicable state regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic mathematical skills and experience handling cash transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and utilize point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. Previous experience with Dutchie POS or METRC is beneficial but not required. Knowledge of cannabis products and Mississippi medical cannabis regulations is preferred but not required. Must possess or be eligible to obtain the required Mississippi medical cannabis work permit. Must successfully complete all required background screening. Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule based on business needs.
