Job Summary Cashier / Sales Associate Quick Fill Quick Fill is seeking dependable, customer-focused Cashier / Sales Associates to join our team. We are looking for employees who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and are willing to help wherever needed to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and running efficiently. This position involves more than operating a cash register. All team members are expected to contribute to the overall operation and appearance of the store. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Operate the POS/register and accurately handle cash, credit/debit, EBT, lottery, fuel, and other transactions Follow all ID-verification requirements for age-restricted products Stock shelves, coolers, beverages, snacks, tobacco, and other merchandise Face and organize merchandise and check expiration dates Keep the checkout area and sales floor clean and organized Clean restrooms, beverage/coffee stations, counters, floors, and other assigned areas Empty trash and help maintain the exterior and fuel-pump areas Assist with deliveries and organize merchandise as needed Support food-service areas at locations with kitchens Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists as assigned Report shortages, equipment problems, suspicious activity, or customer concerns to management Follow all Quick Fill cash-handling, safety, security, loss-prevention, and company policies Assist coworkers and management with reasonable store-related duties What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly and professional with customers Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable handling cash and working with a POS system Willing to clean, stock, organize, and stay productive during slower periods Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to follow instructions and accept coaching Available for assigned shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts depending on location Previous convenience store, retail, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, stocking merchandise, working inside coolers when necessary, performing cleaning duties, and lifting approximately 25-50 lbs when needed.
