• Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers at the counter with product inquiries, pricing information, and order placementDevelop and maintain strong HVAC product knowledge to provide accurate technical guidance and recommendationsProcess customer orders, quotes, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detailIdentify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer valueBuild and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyaltyDocument customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company databaseResolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessaryCoordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfactionFollow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needsMaintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product availabilityContribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment with strong organizational and time management skillsQualifications•

Required Qualifications:
