Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, floral design, and gardening products Assist customers in identifying plants, tools, and outdoor equipment suited to their needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting Support merchandising efforts by setting up attractive displays that highlight seasonal or promotional items Manage inventory levels through stock checks and communicate replenishment needs to management Provide excellent customer service via phone communication for inquiries about products or orders, including e-commerce orders when applicable Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or hands-on gardening/horticulture knowledge is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Knowledge of plant identification, floral design, and landscaping tools enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an appealing store environment Passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor activities with a willingness to learn about new products and techniques Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting merchandise, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Join us to cultivate your retail career while sharing your love for outdoor living!
