Position Summary As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see. Your role is much more than ringing up purchases—you'll help customers find outfits they feel confident in, keep the boutique looking beautiful, and contribute to a fun, welcoming shopping experience every day. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm and friendly attitude Provide exceptional customer service and styling assistance Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with finding sizes, styles, and complete outfits Operate the POS system and accurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and gift cards Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Help maintain visually appealing merchandise displays Unpack, tag, steam, and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor Restock merchandise throughout the day Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and store organization Support live sales, special events, and promotions when needed Work as a team to achieve daily sales goals Jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional customer experience We're Looking For Someone Who...
