Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Purpose We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in doing quality work and supporting those around them. As a Processing Team Member (Grader), you'll play an important role in ensuring only quality merchandise reaches our sales floor. Every item you inspect directly impacts our customers' shopping experience and supports our mission. Success in this role comes from being reliable, working well as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic, and consistently paying attention to the small details that make a big difference. What You'll Do Inspect clothing, shoes, household goods, and other donated items for quality, condition, and sellability. Identify stains, tears, odors, damage, and other quality concerns. Sort merchandise according to company quality standards, including sellable, recyclable, and non-sellable items. Accurately grade and prepare merchandise while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Follow established guidelines for seasonal, specialty, and unique merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift. Work alongside your teammates to keep production moving efficiently and support daily goals. Rotate workstations throughout the day to promote safety and reduce repetitive motion. Assist with other processing tasks as business needs require. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). What We're Looking For At least 18 years of age. Dependable with a strong attendance record and commitment to showing up ready to work. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues quickly and accurately. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and follow established processes and quality standards. Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse, production, retail, or processing experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Work Environment Primarily an indoor processing environment with semi-controlled temperatures. Some work may occur outdoors with varying weather conditions. Occasional weekend, evening, or holiday hours may be required based on business needs.
