• 8:00PM Mabry's Fine Wine & Spirits is looking for a dependable, hardworking Retail Sales & Stock Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who wants a steady, long-term position and takes pride in showing up on time, helping customers, keeping the store stocked, and being part of a team. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions Stock wine and spirits throughout the store Receive, organize, and put away inventory Keep shelves faced, organized, clean, and fully stocked Help maintain a clean and professional store Assist customers with locating products Perform general cleaning and closing duties Lift and move cases of merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift Saturday availability is required Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening Compensation Starting pay: $13.00/hour Employees who demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, job performance, and reliability are eligible for a pay review after 90 days , with the opportunity to increase to $14.00/hour . Additional advancement and pay opportunities are available for strong employees who continue to perform well. Important Before Applying This is an active retail position. It is not a sit-down cashier position . When you are not assisting customers or operating the register, you will be stocking, organizing, cleaning, facing merchandise, and helping maintain the store.
