Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate Connect directly with customers throughout the Jackson area and introduce available AT&T Fiber services. Learn Fiber internet plans, speeds, features, and promotions to confidently support sales conversations. Ask questions about internet usage and connectivity needs to identify relevant service options. Recommend AT&T Fiber solutions based on individual needs while supporting daily sales goals. Guide interested customers through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism. Learn how customer outreach, enrollment activity, and sales performance contribute to overall campaign results. Work alongside other Management Associate team members to support daily priorities and maintain consistent customer experiences. Build stronger communication, problem-solving, and sales skills through hands-on customer interactions.
