A Store Lead leads team of retail store sales associates and assists with management of store operations. Trains sales associates and organizes staff schedules and assignments. Resolves customer complaints. Oversees store merchandise inventory and displays, and monitors sales performance.

Lead Key Holder Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive strong sales performance Support with floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping Lead by example as a top-performing salesperson Assist with opening and closing procedures as required Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales environment Function effectively in a fast-paced retail setting Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks: Total PL of at least 35% UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum
Lead Key Holder Requirements:
Proven sales ability and strong interpersonal skills Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Retail experience required Not all-inclusive.
