Job Summary Miskelly Furniture is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. You will play a key role in helping customers furnish their homes with style and comfort while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor that fits their needs and style. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and product features. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required College degree or coursework a plus Previous retail or commission-based sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays - A MUST Self-motivated with a passion for helping others. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Schedule :

Saturday & Monday - Required Tuesday / Wednesday or Thursday / Friday (Weekday schedule will be based on the needs of the company)
