Responsibilities Operate stuffing line machinery efficiently, adhering to safety standards and production schedules Monitor food safety protocols, including HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures, to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other regulatory standards Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify mechanical issues or sanitation concerns, escalating as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and waste reduction Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, quality checks, and safety compliance using SAP or similar systems Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily production goals while managing safety standards in production Qualifications Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments Be able to lift 50+ pounds Be able to stand for 10 hours daily Mechanical knowledge preferred Common sense expected This is a physical job - lots of lifting and moving Strong communication skills for managing production teams and ensuring regulatory/legal compliance standards in production Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products while working in a collaborative environment that values safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
