We are a cannabis company that serves patients and customers throughout the state. We have two grows and dispensary in Butte MT. We are looking for a hard working, honest, and dependable full-time time budtender. Flexible work schedule required including weekend shifts and evenings (we close at 8pm during the week) Pay starts at $16-17 /hour DOE with opportunities for advancement based on merit.

• Strong customer service skills, calm compassionate and knowledgeable about the industry, good computer skills, ability to listen and follow instruction, excellent team member!
• Position covers sales in the dispensary, managing inventory including merchandise and CBD, POS and website maintenance (including graphics, data input, adjustments), cleaning and assisting with maintenance projects, packaging of marijuana flower grown onsite
• Computer skills and experience, including experience with inventory management and point of sales systems encouraged
• Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honestly and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker. We need a self-starter who can follow directions, work hard and fast and do things right the first time.
• Driver's license is a requirement
• Cannot work in the industry if you have a felony per state law
