In person — retail environment About the Role NexDimension is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our Kalispell team. This is a customer-facing retail position where you'll work directly with customers, help them understand wireless products and services, and recommend options based on their needs. No wireless experience? That's okay. We provide training and are looking for people who are dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and ready to learn. Experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, military service, or other people-focused roles can be a great fit. What You'll Do Day to Day Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Talk with customers to understand their wireless needs Explain wireless products, devices, services, and current promotions Recommend products and service options based on individual customer needs Assist customers with device selections, upgrades, and new accounts Demonstrate product features and answer customer questions Stay up to date on available products, services, and promotions Work toward individual and team sales goals Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Reliable and willing to learn Comfortable working in a retail sales environment Goal-oriented and motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required Weekend availability is preferred Training & Career Development We're looking for people who want an opportunity to learn, grow, and build valuable professional experience. Weekend availability is preferred. Part-time employees must be available for at least 25 hours per week across a minimum of 4 days.
