In this role, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them understand wireless products and services, answering questions, and recommending options based on their needs. No previous wireless experience is required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a retail setting Ask questions to understand each customer's needs Recommend wireless products and service options Explain product features, promotions, and available services Answer customer questions and provide a positive experience Work toward individual and team sales goals Stay informed on current products and promotions Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers Goal-oriented and motivated Dependable and coachable Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in professional growth and career development Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or other customer-facing roles can transfer well to this position, but previous experience is not required.
