The shifts will be primarily at our Whitefish store but will have occasional shifts at out Kalispell location. Shifts are typically 5 days a week /8hrs per day . The Dispensaries are open 9am - 8 pm 7 days a week.

•Daily Tips in addition to hourly pay.

Job:

We are looking for someone that: Flexible! This position will occasionally shift between our two stores and will have prescheduled shift changes when coworkers are on PTO. We will do our best to maintain consistent days off but need some flexibility in this. Is enthusiastic about helping people & enjoys customer service. Ability to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced, highly regulated industry. Maintains a positive attitude that promotes teamwork. Prides themselves on being reliable & trustworthy. Is a self starter, capable of staying consistent with assigned side work. Has the ability to identify and complete cleaning tasks throughout the shift when not helping customers.

Job Requirements:

At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to get a Montana DOR Cannabis Worker Permit.

Physical:

Throughout the workday & extended periods, must be capable of lifting, using stairs, sweeping, shoveling snow, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, sitting, or walking. Able to push, pull, or lift 40 lbs. and participate in an active workplace environment.

Skills:

Consistently communicate through various formats including email and phone. Proficiency with Sales transactions and Customer service skills. Experience using POS systems, understating the importance of correctly entering sales. Willingness to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the dispensary. Ability to multitask. Some knowledge of cannabis products and the desire to learn about our extensive product line is essential to being a great budtender.
