Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Upholding the CARE Customer Service standards
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, promotional events, and the Crown Rewards program with the customer.
• Upsell products to increase sales
• Assist in setting up promotional displays Performs in a consistent manner to meet or exceed company Key Performing Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to:
• Sales & Individual Average Transaction (IAT) goals
• Medallia goals (customer service)
• Crown Reward promotion and enrollment goals
• Uphold all loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Promotes and maintains a safe shopping/working environment by completing general housekeeping responsibilities.
• Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with our culture.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, i.

e., fixture parts and cartons of product.

Experience:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
• Strong communication skills
