My Best Friend's Barkery Job Description:

As a team member, you may be cross-trained in the following areas:

Customer Service:

You are an essential part of creating sincere connections with our customers. You'll welcome them (and their pets!) throughout the store. Make sure they are finding just what they need. Make small talk showing off your knowledge and give them the confidence that what they are buying will be the best solution for their pets.

Cashier:

You're the face and voice of the store. You'll be able to put your multi-tasking skills to the test. You'll be the first smile our neighbors are greeted with and the last "thank you" they hear. You'll make sure it's an easy check out (or return) and ensure that they found everything they needed. And offer to carry products out to cars. Your smile and positive energy will ensure that our customers have a memorable experience.

Stocking:

You will play an integral role in helping our pet parents find exactly what they need, right when they need it. You will be responsible for stocking and front-facing, keeping the shelves full, and the backroom empty. It might be a tedious and physically demanding job at times. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every pet and pet parent, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and other components of customer service. Continuing education of product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, events, and advertisements. Assist in stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, and monitoring floor stock. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at the POS register. Communication of any issue or customer request to team leaders. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices. Any other duties as assigned by Team Leads.
