Do you enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for friendly, professional Entry Level Sales Associate, to support Leafguard customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Five Marketing Inc., is looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to introduce Raleigh customers to LeafGuard's revolutionary gutter system. The Entry Level Sales Associate will highlight how LeafGuard eliminates gutter cleaning and prevents water damage, driving sales through tailored engagements and recommendations. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll start with training on Leafguard's home improvement products and seamless gutter technology. The Entry Level Sales Associate will perform sales outreach that helps customers choose the right exterior defense solution for their property. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate Assist Leafguard customers with questions, service requests, and general inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments as needed. Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranties. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Deliver a positive, friendly experience on every interaction.
