About RFK Racing RFK Racing, in its 39th season in 2026, features an ownership lineup pairing one of the sport's most iconic names, Jack Roush, along with NASCAR Champion Brad Keselowski and Fenway Sports Group owner John Henry. Roush initially founded the team in 1988, and it has since become one of the most successful racing operations in the world, propelling him to be the first NASCAR owner to amass 300 wins and capturing eight championships, including back-to-back NASCAR Cup titles in 2003 and 2004. Keselowski, a former owner in the NASCAR Truck Series, is the 2012 NASCAR Cup Series Champion. In 2007, Roush partnered with Henry, who also owns Major League Baseball's Boston Red Sox, English Premier League's Liverpool F.C., and the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins, to form Roush Fenway Racing. Off the track, RFK is a leader and proven winner in NASCAR marketing solutions, having produced multiple award-winning social media, digital content, and experiential marketing campaigns. RFK is seeking a Team Store Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping bring the energy of race day to every fan who walks through our doors or shops with us online. From helping fans gear up and sharing the stories behind RFK Racing to driving merchandise sales, fulfilling orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting employee apparel distribution, this role helps keep our retail operation running at full speed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for all guests visiting RFK Racing. Welcome fans, answer questions about RFK Racing, NASCAR, the museum, and local area attractions. Foster meaningful fan engagement that enhances the overall visitor experience. Support in-store sales initiatives and customer data collection programs. Open, operate, and close the Team Store according to established procedures. Process retail transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system. Oversee merchandise sales activities in both the Team Store and RFKShop.com utilizing Shopify. Fulfill online orders in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor inventory levels and restock sales floor merchandise as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts, audits, and reconciliation processes and notify the team on items with low stock. Generate weekly and monthly reports, including sales performance, store inventory metrics, and employee apparel inventory. Support retail operations during special events and peak attendance periods. Manage inventory and fulfillment of corporate office and competition team uniforms and apparel. Coordinate product replenishment and organization of backstock inventory. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise shipments. Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to RFK Racing visual merchandising standards. Support the Director and Coordinator of Retail and Licensing with special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. Perform other duties assigned to support business needs and organizational objectives. Help coordinate mail delivery Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Two to three years of experience in retail, customer service, merchandise operations, hospitality, or a related field. Experience working in a customer-facing environment preferred. Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for motorsports, NASCAR, and fan engagement preferred.Benefits:
