We are Emerald Edge, an authorized partner to AT&T, and we're expanding our reach within the Charlotte area. We're looking for an AT&T Sales Associate to support customers with reliable, high-speed fiber connectivity. In this role, the AT&T Sales Associate helps households understand their service options and ensures they receive the level of performance and reliability needed for work, streaming, and everyday life. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the benefits of true fiber technology, recommend services and products that meet their needs, assist with account setup and service selections, and help find the right AT&T products for them. Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Associate Engage directly with customers in designated local places to introduce and upsell AT&T Fiber services Conduct in-person conversations to assess connectivity needs and recommend appropriate AT&T Fiber plans Assist customers with service selection, account setup, and upgrades while ensuring a smooth and professional experience Educate residents on the benefits of fiber technology, including speed, reliability, and value for everyday household use Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while representing the AT&T brand in residential settings Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; no further education required Experience in customer support or sales Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present AT&T Fiber solutions and motivate customer adoption. Proficiency in CRM platforms, POS systems, and reporting tools to track accounts, document interactions, and streamline operations.

Pay:

$54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
