Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their shipping, printing, and retail requests Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling products and services Operate copiers, fax machines, laminating equipment, and other office machines. Advise customers on our full range of products and services, including printing, mailbox rentals, notary services, and packing & shipping. Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all equipment is working properly. Ensure all tasks are completed with a focus on accuracy and professionalism. Support store operations through merchandising, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness to create an inviting store atmosphere Experience Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Strong computer and internet skills; ability to learn quickly. Notary public (nice to have) Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds. Positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Professional appearance and behavior. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
