Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including kitchen equipment, dining areas, and service stations. Process cash transactions accurately, handle retail sales transactions, and balance registers at shift end. Assist with food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Support team members with bussing tables, serving customers, and ensuring quick service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety standards diligently. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations. Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential.
