Position Overview We are seeking an Image Processing Specialist to join our Operations Department. This person will be responsible for preparing student images for delivery, using our proprietary system called Workflow to crop, headsize, and process digital school portraits. Accuracy and efficiency are key in this role, as the work you do directly affects the quality and timeliness of our photo deliveries to schools. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a Mac, enjoys repetitive but high-precision tasks, and takes pride in getting things just right. Key Responsibilities Process student portrait images in Workflow Crop and headsize photos according to strict formatting and quality guidelines Review and verify student data and image pairings for accuracy before final delivery Perform visual quality control checks to ensure image clarity and consistency Organize and manage image files with precision and care Collaborate with other team members to stay on track with production timelines Support the overall production pipeline by maintaining accuracy and speed
Qualifications & Skills Required:
High attention to detail and visual accuracy Very proficient working on a Mac Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new software Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on repetitive tasks with care Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team Preferred but not
Required:
Interest or experience in photography or school/volume photography Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Familiarity with Workflow (e.g. Blueprint or similar data/photo management platforms)
