Position Summary This flexible, hands-on role supports clients and project teams throughout the North Charlotte area. It is ideal for dependable people who enjoy organizing, helping others, and staying active. Primary Responsibilities Sort, organize, inventory, pack, and unpack household belongings. Help clients identify items to keep, donate, sell, recycle, or discard. Prepare and photograph items for CTBids auctions and estate sales. Assist with sale setup, buyer pickups, clean-outs, donations, and property preparation. Handle clients and their belongings with care and professionalism. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable using a smartphone. Able to work independently and as part of a team in changing environments. At least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation to local job sites; occasional Saturday availability. Able to lift 30-40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Related experience is helpful but not required; paid training is provided.
