Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster a positive atmosphere. Promote memberships and fitness packages through engaging product demos and personalized consultations. Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash register operations and cash handling. Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking products, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness. Providing additional services or products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of retail store products, fitness offerings, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate benefits. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries and scheduling appointments or follow-ups. Support inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting periodic stock checks to ensure product availability. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience or customer service background preferred, especially in fitness or grocery store settings Familiarity with POS/CRM systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that can support team initiatives Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for sales and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively Experience in merchandising, stocking, product demos, upselling, and cashiering is highly desirable A proactive attitude with the motivation to promote health and wellness products in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work during staffed hours and willing to pick up additional if needed with ample amount of notification.
