We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate individuals to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. A Freezy Tale/Dipped and Drizzled specializes in freeze dried goodies, bakery items and ice cream.

• Bakery Job Description/Responsibilities:

  Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. Decorate and present baked items attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area. Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed. Operating milkshake makers, waffles etc.
• Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle all purchase transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Answer phone / respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability for customers.
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products.

Greet customers and provide them with friendly and knowledgeable assistance Applicants must be able to work weekends and some weekday mornings.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time 30-40 hrs per week. Candidates must be able to work weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun)and some holidays.
