We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate individuals to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Dipped and Drizzled/A Freezy Tale specializes in freeze dried candies, ice cream, funnel cakes, bakery items etc. Every employee will be trained to assist in food/candy prep, scooping ice cream, milkshakes, baking, cleaning, organizing and serving customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
• Participate in training for food/candy prep, operation of freeze dryer equipment. Operating milkshake makers, waffles etc.
• Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle all purchase transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
• Answer phone / respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability for customers.
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products.

Applicants must be able to work weekends and some week days.

Primarily:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Store hours are as follows, your shifts may consist of all or a combination of these hours. Mon 11-8, Fri 12-9, Sat 1-9, Sun 1-8 Starting pay rate is $10 per hour plus tip share.
