Main shift for this position starts at 1:30 PM. Hourly rate + tips We're looking for energetic and reliable Crew Members to join our High Octane Coffee team. As part of our crew, you'll help create a welcoming environment while delivering excellent service and high-quality products. You'll support daily operations including food and coffee preparation, food service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items, coffee and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service. Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash or card transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times. Restock supplies and assist with inventory when needed. Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow all company policies, hygiene, and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred (but not required). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
