Job Description

Position:

Retail Associate Retail associates will be expected to seek out customers to provide assistance, get to know them, and provide a memorable customer service experience. Your main goal is to ensure our customers are taken care of. We are a full service store. This means we want to greet our customers, engage with them, and assist them with thier shopping experience . Does the role require heavy lifting? As a team, we all are responsible for helping put away the truck. This will require frequent lifting and receiving of freight. Climbing ladders to put up freight and stocking on the floor. As the ASM you will need to ensure aisles are stocked and ready for business each day. What experience is required? We welcome all experience levels, from entry-level to those that have prior career experience. What are we looking for? _Ambition, drive, an extrovert with a positive personality. -Must have a flexible work schedule. -Working shifts are 8-9 hours/day. Part time is anywhere between 24-30 hours a week and fulltime is 32-40 hours per week.
