Sales Representative Duties:

• Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the market and increase sales
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Identify business development opportunities and propose innovative solutions
• Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively promote products and services
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• previous experience with granite/quartz countertops, cabinets and flooring

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
