We Create Smiles! Responsibilities Actively communicates with every guests including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing any other courtesy guideline. Properly bags guest orders to ensure purchases are not damaged. Works well with all hosts and supervisors. Places guests purchases in grocery cart or hands bags to the guests and sincerely offers assistance to the guests vehicle. Performs price checks. Relay guests problems to supervisor. Retrieves carts from parking lot. Cleans front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, parking lot, etc. Cleans garbage and debris from carts and baskets. Performs all other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to work well with others. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts. Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars. Effective communication and guest service skills.
