Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to support day-to-day sales activities and assist customers throughout the purchasing process. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, providing accurate product and service information, answering questions, and helping customers identify options that are appropriate for them. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, comfortable learning new products and services, and able to balance customer needs with established sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and interests Provide information about available products, services, features, and options Ask relevant questions to better understand individual customer requirements Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and preferences Explain product and service information clearly and accurately Respond to customer questions throughout the sales process Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and offerings Assist customers in comparing available options and making informed decisions Follow up with interested customers when additional information is requested Maintain organized records of customer conversations and sales activity Update customer information and relevant details in company systems Coordinate with team members when additional product or service information is needed Prepare informational materials and resources for customer discussions Maintain professional and consistent communication throughout each interaction Identify common customer questions and communicate relevant observations to the team Support established sales objectives and team priorities Complete routine administrative tasks related to customer and sales activity Participate in team meetings and provide updates on current activity Follow company procedures and standards when communicating product or service information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, client services, or another customer-facing role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident and professional interpersonal style Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs Ability to explain products and services clearly Comfortable initiating and maintaining customer conversations Good judgment and practical problem-solving abilities Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-up responsibilities Dependable and consistent approach to assigned responsibilities Ability to learn new products, services, and company procedures Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic proficiency with standard computer and business software What We Offer Comprehensive onboarding and job-specific training Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee recognition programs Regular team activities and company events Variety in day-to-day customer interactions and responsibilities Established systems, resources, and processes to support daily responsibilities
