What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you will: Deliver an exceptional customer experience to every person who walks through our doors, calls, or contacts the store. Assist customers with domestic and international shipping. Pack and prepare items for safe shipment. Recommend the best products, services, and solutions for each customer's needs. Promote and sell our wide variety of services, including: Shipping and packing Printing and copying Scanning and shredding Mailbox services Binding and laminating Passport photos Packaging supplies and other business services Cross-sell and upsell products and services. Learn and follow our Sales & Service Process. Help achieve individual and team sales goals. Process incoming packages and mail for mailbox customers. Operate point-of-sale systems and office/print equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Assist with inventory, stocking, and other daily store operations. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or retail experience. Sales experience. Experience with shipping, printing, or office equipment is a plus, but not required.
