We are looking for a reliable, full-time Store Associate to handle everyday store operations and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service during sales, returns, and trade-in transactions. Process, inspect, and test video games, consoles, and accessories for trade-ins. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Monitor and pick website orders efficiently. Perform daily store opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with physical inventory, stocking shelves, marking prices, and preparing merchandise displays. Perform other everyday retail tasks as assigned to support the store. Qualifications & Requirements Availability for 30-40 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends. Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, diverse retail environment. Basic mathematical skills and a high attention to detail. A dedicated team player who enjoys working with the public. Previous retail, cash-handling, or POS experience is preferred but not required.
