Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at a Liquor Store . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet customer upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about Alcohol services and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of customer information for future recommendations. Assist with phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer needs. Coordinate with Manager for customer recommendations. Previous experience in retail, stocking, or cleaning is a plus. Ability to lift and move boxes/bottles (up to 40 lbs). Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently. Assist in unloading deliveries. Stock shelves with liquor bottles and related products in a neat and organized manner. Rotate stock using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method. Help set up promotional displays and keep them orderly. Store Cleaning Regularly dust and clean shelves, counters, and display units. Sweep and mop floors to maintain a tidy store environment. Take out trash and recyclables as needed. Clean and sanitize restrooms and backroom areas if required. Assist with backroom organization and inventory storage. Report any damaged or expired products to the store manager. Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
