Job Description
Chiropractic Assistant We're looking for a friendly, organized, motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, can confidently juggle multiple responsibilities, and wants to be part of a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office. What You'll Do Manage patient flow throughout the office Greet and check in patients and provide a welcoming, positive experience Handle front desk responsibilities, scheduling, payments, and basic accounting Assist the doctor(s) with day-to-day patient care and office needs Maintain accurate and organized patient records Assist with insurance verification, benefits, and billing Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, scheduling, and insurance benefits Help keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly Assist with social media, including Facebook posts and other basic online content Work closely with the doctor(s) and other team members to provide excellent patient care Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Friendly, upbeat, and positive Genuinely interested in helping others An excellent communicator Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Able to work independently while also being a great team player Comfortable communicating with patients about care, scheduling, payments, and insurance Supportive of chiropractic care and our approach to patient wellness Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare office is preferred but not required Bilingual candidates are a plus! This position is approximately 20-25 hours per week.
