Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cabinetry Sales Asscoiate & Office Support team member to join our Cabinetry Design & Sales team. This position plays a key role in driving new business development while also supporting day-to-day showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to builders, contractors, and homeowners to generate sales opportunities, while also welcoming clients into our showroom and assisting the design and office management team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Actively prospect and develop relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person networking to generate new business Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential and existing clients Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are effectively translated into project solutions Assist in preparing proposals/estimates, and contracts Client Experience & Showroom Support Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Provide initial product information and guide clients through the showroom experience Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with designers Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment Administrative & Team Support Provide support to the design team and office manager as needed Assist with order tracking, documentation, and project coordination Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs Schedule and unload incoming orders (ability to lift 75lbs) Help manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and confidently engage with customers and industry professionals Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Previous sales and customer service experience required Basic cabinetry knowledge and construction/design industry experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
