Part-Time Sales & Office AssociateBruce Furniture Bruce Furniture is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated person to join our team as a Part-Time Sales & Office Associate. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team. Furniture experience is helpful, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Assist customers with furniture selections and purchases Learn our products and help customers find the right solutions for their homes Answer phones and assist with customer questions Schedule deliveries and appointments Help with basic office and administrative duties Process paperwork and maintain accurate customer information Follow up with customers as needed Keep the showroom and office organized and professional Work closely with the sales, office, warehouse, and delivery teams Help wherever needed to provide excellent customer service What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Dependable and willing to work hard Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone Ability to work independently while being a team player Professional, honest, and respectful Sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person What We Offer Part-time hours M-F 12:30-5:30, Rotating Saturdays 9:00-5:00 Training provided A positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn sales, customer service, and furniture retail Employee discounts Opportunity for additional hours as needed The Right Fit At Bruce Furniture, we believe in working hard, treating people right, and taking care of our customers and our team.
